"The mental health in the workplace workshop was very beneficial to our management team, giving us a deeper understanding of mental health and an awareness of the signs when things are not so good and crucially, how to respond if someone isn’t feeling like themselves. Elements of the training will be very useful in performance reviews going forward."

“I genuinely found the course excellent, one of the most engaging online training sessions that I have had. The trainer Clare was very good at checking in as to whether the content was useful, and also our energy levels etc. I got a lot from it.”

“Clare, the trainer was excellent. She kept everyone engaged and not only that, she allowed room for the group to become more inquisitive as the sessions went on. Personally, I found the training to be very informative. The Five Ways model showed how we can encourage Resilience and Well-being. I especially liked the framework models showing how we can clearly enhance conversations with clients which ultimately creates good structure for the job that we’re in. Overall, 10/10 – Really useful key tips and insights to take away from these training sessions.”
