Dr David Leahy

Dr David Leahy, Senior Clinical Psychologist, obtained his undergraduate degree in Applied Psychology in 2003, and subsequently obtained his PhD in Applied Psychology in 2008, both from UCC. His research focused on assessment of Antisocial Personality in general population and forensic settings. Following this, he spent time lecturing in the UK, as well as working in a forensic setting with the NHS. David returned to Ireland to complete his Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology from NUI Galway in 2014. Since then David has continued to work with the Health Service, and has worked as a Senior Clinical Psychologist in Disability, Child, and Adult Mental Health settings. David provides training for The Learning Curve Institute on Mental Health related topics.
