Hilde is an accredited psychotherapist with over 10 years' experience in both private practice and training in organisations. Her particular areas of interest include Continuing Professional Development, Research, Ethics, Recruitment, Life and Business Coaching, Work-Life Balance, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, DBT and CISM/Trauma Work.   Hilde delivers workshops for the Learning Curve Institute in in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy,  Cognitive Behavioural Therapy  and related therapies.
